Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want ARIA to be worth every dollar. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your subscription.
Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account Settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You are not charged again after cancellation.
- You keep access to paid features until the period you already paid for expires.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. However, we review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A billing error on our part.
- A verified technical issue that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of the period, which we were unable to resolve.
To request a refund, email support@useariacrm.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for the request.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your access to paid features may be paused until the balance is resolved.
Price Changes
If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies to your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.
